Patisserie Royale Adelaide, patisserie and cake makers, formed in 1987 by sisters Yvonne & Monika Winterstein. Their careers started as apprentices to their German parents, Horst and Erika Winterstein who ran Parisienne Cakes and the retail side of the company – Sweet Temptations. On completion of their trade, they both studied and worked in Switzerland in some of Europe’s most elegant hotels for many years before returning to Adelaide, bringing back a wealth of creativity and artistic flair.
